We were unable to parse your uploaded resume file despite it being in a supported format (PDF, DOCX, TXT)
Our platform was down during your paid session, preventing completion
You're genuinely unsatisfied with the optimization quality or improvements made to your resume
The optimized resume contains significant errors, formatting issues, or inaccurate information
Refunds are not available for:
Not receiving interviews, job offers, or callbacks after using your optimized resume
Deciding you prefer your original resume format after seeing improvements
Changing your mind about purchasing the service after successful completion
Finding alternative services after receiving your optimization
Failing to download your files before the 72-hour access period expires
Uploading wrong resume version, incorrect job posting, or providing inaccurate information

All approved refunds are processed through the original payment method (PayPal) to the account used for purchase. We cannot issue refunds to different accounts or payment methods for security reasons.
